After a few years of suspending annual conferences, Bapcor Retail held an annual conference on the Gold Coast. Peter Erb Media provided the conference media support by organising the plenary sessions, the expo, as well as the gala dinner. We were able to bring together the visual elements required for a national conference to everyone’s delight.
The post Post Covid world presents us with a new way of communicating with staff and customers. No longer do we feel we have to engages with our stakeholders purely on a face to face basis. Post Covid has shown us that we can hold seminars and meetings virtually as well as personally. We now produce these hybrid meetings on a regular basis. Some attendees may prefer to attend personally and some would prefer to attend virtually. We can easily cater for both, with the provision of audio and video equipment. People will have a similar experience whether they attend in person or choose to attend virtually and when they choose to remote connect their time is spent much more efficiently.
